If I have set an appointment and gone all the way to the office, I want to be seen promptly. My wife and I are searching for a new chiropractor, as we have moved out of state. This is a huge factor in our decision; we are busy and can’t wait all day to be seen.

I have seen some use folders and written notes and others use high-tech computer software to do so. However, it doesn’t matter to me as long as they keep checking them so that they know how far I’ve come or what more may be wrong.
